So after training camp, and the first 2 preseason games, I have adjusted my projected roster/lines for the upcoming season: Here is a look at my initial projections:

First Line: Gabriel Landeskog Matt Duchene Milan Hejduk
Second Line: Peter Mueller Paul Stastny David Jones
Third Line: TJ Galiardi Ryan O'Reilly Chuck Kobasew
Fourth Line: Daniel Winnik Jay McClement Cody Mcleod
Subs: Joey Hishon, Brandon Yip, Kevin Porter
Defence:
Erik Johnson Kyle Quincey
Jan Hejda Tyson Barrie
Shane O'Brien Ryan O'Byrne
Subs: Ryan Wilson, Stefan Elliot, Matt Hunwick, Kyle Cumiskey
Goalie:
1. Semyon Varlamov
2. J.S. Giguere
Part 2 Projections:
Forwards:
First Line: Peter Mueller Matt Duchene Milan Hejduk
Second Line: Joakim Lindstrom Paul Stastny David Jones
Third Line: T.J Galiardi Ryan O'Reilly Gabriel Landeskog
Fourth Line: Brad Malone Jay McClement Chuck Kobasew
Subs: Cody Mcleod, Daniel Winnik, Brandon Yip
Defence:
Erik Johnson Jan Heja
Kyle Quincey Tyson Barrie
Shane O'Brien Ryan O'Byrne
Subs: Ryan Wilson, Kyle Cumiskey
Goalie:
1. Semyon Varlamov
2. J.S. Giguere
Differences: My D and Goalie predictions remain the same, as the Avs are pretty set at the two positions. The biggest decision of the D was the "battle" between stud prospects Stefan Elliot and Tyson Barrie, and Barrie has run away with it so far notching points in both preseason games. At forward, the emergence of Joakim Lindstrom and Brad Malone have changed things up a bit, so guys like Mcleod, Winnik, Yip etc are finding themselves in a dogfight for the remaining spots on the 4th line. The Avs are set with their top 3 lines, so my projections have only been altered slightly. The Avs are home tonight against the Dallas stars, so we will see which players make an impact. Thanks for reading.
